Lady Warrior Softball Headed to Cheyenne

The second season of Wyoming Girl’s Fastpitch Softball begins Friday in Cheyenne.
All 13 teams will compete in an All Class tournament at the Cheyenne Invitational.
The East Conference: Cheyenne South, Thunder Basin, Laramie, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Wheatland
The West Conference: Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Cody, Worland, Green River, Rock Springs
The games will be played at all 3 Cheyenne High Schools. East, South and Central. On both their major fields and AAA fields.
Worland will play in 4 Varsity games against East Conference teams on Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th.
On Friday the Lady Warriors will play Wheatland at 2:30 pm at Cheyenne South’s major field.
Campbell County at 4:00pm at Cheyenne East’s major field.
On Saturday Worland will face Laramie at Cheyenne East’s major field at 9:00am.
Cheyenne South at 10:30am at Cheyenne South’s major field.
The Lady Warriors will be playing all 4 of these teams for the first time ever in Girl’s Fastpitch Softball.
This tournament was scheduled last season but was canceled due to weather.
Campbell County won the State Championship last season with a 14-9 win over Cheyenne Central.
