Lady Warriors Begin New Year On The Hardwood

The Worland Lady Warriors started the 2023 New Year in Cody on Thursday, then travel to Pinedale on Friday and Saturday.
Four games in three days 300 miles apart.
Worland would travel to Cody on Thursday and play the number 1 ranked 4A school in Wyoming High School Girls Basketball.
The Lady Warriors lost to Cody 53-24.
On Friday the Lady Warriors traveled to Pinedale for the Wyoming 3A Winter Classic.
Worland would face the Wyoming 3A number 3 ranked Mountain View Lady Buffalos to start the Classic.
Mountain View would get a 58-30 win over the Lady Warriors.
Saturday the Lady Warriors saw the number 2 ranked Lyman Lady Eagles and would lose 48-34.
Saturday afternoon the Lady Warriors would face the number 5 ranked Pinedale Lady Wranglers.
Worland would fall 60-46 to Pinedale.
The Lady Warriors faced four ranked teams in Wyoming Girls High School Basketball over a 3 day period.
