Leprechaun Lure Contest Winners 2022

Trapping a leprechaun takes more than just patience, and the 2022 Leprechaun Lure Contest proved it!  This year kids from Park County Wyoming joined in the fun to see if they could lure a leprechaun into their trap and win the pot of gold!   Thanks to the Park County Library, and Wyoming Buffalo Company, the traps were on display just in time for St. Patrick’s Day.

It was a tough competition with many colorful and creative traps, lots of cookies, and plenty of shenanigans!  In the end, Elias walked away with the gold as the overall winner!  Check out all the creative ideas the kids in Park County came up with to capture those pesky leprechauns!  Happy St. Patrick’s Day and congratulations to Elias, and all the other winners!!
