Liquor License Transfer Request | Big Horn Basin Media

Liquor License Transfer on Council Agenda Tonight

Written by on November 21, 2017

Cody City Council members tonight are set to take actions that will affect community activities from this Thanksgiving through next 4th of July.
At tonight’s meeting, the members will be set to approve street closures and contracts for the Wild West Extravaganza July 1st through the 4th of 2018. Also on tonight’s agenda is a proclamation declaring this coming Saturday as Small Business Saturday, celebrating local businesses and encouraging shoppers to keep their Christmas dollars at home.
A public hearing at tonight’s meeting will allow citizens to comment on the transfer of a new restaurant liquor license – but the license won’t travel far. Adriano’s restaurant is closing at its current location, 1244 Sheridan Avenue, and the new owners are requesting a transfer of the liquor license to the company Wyoming Gourmet Experience, which will do business as Il Padrino, at the same location. According to Adriano’s Facebook page, their last day in business will be tomorrow, November 22nd.
After the public hearing, Council will take action on the transfer of the liquor license.
