NWC Basketball Results vs. Eastern Wyoming

Both Northwest College Basketball teams were back in action last Saturday hosting Eastern Wyoming College.

The Northwest College Women’s team would bounce back nicely from their loss against Casper to defeat Eastern Wyoming in a close one, 64-62. The Trapper women used a 21 point 4^th quarter advantage to seal their 5^th win in the last 6 games.

Darla Hernandez and Kierra Cutright would combine to score 32 in the win.

As for the men, they would fall by a final score of 89-64. Eastern Wyoming would control this one from the initial tip and put up 48 first half point to hand the Trappers their 4^th straight loss.

The NWC men’s team is now 11-9 on the season, 0-2 in conference play.
