PCAS and Avalon Cove Hosting “Tats and Tails” Event September 15 and 16

On Friday, September 15 and Saturday, September 16, the Park County Animal Shelter will be hosting Tats and Tails at Avalon Cove in Powell.
Located at 156 S. Bent Street, the even will begin at 1 p.m. on both days.
Avalon Cove owner and tattoo artist, Elf, will be doing tattoos for $100. The full list of available tattoos are not available to the public yet as they are one of kind designs but will be viewable in person at the event. The artwork below will be available through.
There will also be a massage therapists available for 15 minute massage, food trucks, a face painter, tarot card reader and more.
All of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Park County Animal Shelter. The shelter is a no-kill shelter dedicated to the preservation of life and help all animals find a quality existence.
This fusion of ink and furry friends will end once Elf is unable to tattoo anymore.
