It’s the latest #TikTok food trend sweeping social media. The original video has over 12.7 million views, 1.6 million likes & over 500,000 comments. After seeing it several times on Instagram, I decided to give it a try this weekend!!
Video creator Claire says it’s her guilty pleasure & fries a slice of provolone cheese in the video, but I used what I had on hand (shredded cheese). Basically, you pan-fry the cheese until it’s browned & then lay a pickle spear in the middle, folding the cheese around it.
Final verdict?? Well, that’s up to you. It wasn’t a favorite of mine & to be honest, I don’t think I’ll make it again. However, I can see how some people love it!! So give it a shot & see what you think…
