Proposed Gun Bills Discussed on KODI

Monday morning during KODI’s “Speak Your Piece with Darian Dudrick,” a retired federal law enforcement officer discussed the various gun-related bills currently in the Wyoming Legislature.
Dudrick talked with Bill Tallen about House Bill 124 (Second Amendment Preservation Act), HB 116 (concealed carry – residency requirement) and HB 117 (repealing gun-free zones).
Tallen believes both HB 124 and HB 116 are good bills, but he added, HB 117 goes too far and will likely fail. Read the bills here.
The in-person legislative session began Monday.
Tallen also provided his thoughts on U.S. HB 127 (licensing and registering firearms).
