Rockin’ the Big Horn Basin – Battle of the Bands

Big Horn Basin Media Presents the first “Rockin’ The Big Horn Basin” at the Home and Garden Show on April 19th and 20th  at the Park County Fairgrounds.

Friday evening will highlight the solo and duo artists, and then on Saturday, the stage will be set up for bands to rock the stage.

Here is what you need to know before you apply:

The deadline for application is March 15th by midnight

We are limited to the number of performers that can participate this year but everyone that applies will have the chance to be featured on Music Spotlight throughout the summer.

Must be 13 years and up.

We will ask for a link to your website/social media to view samples of music.

You will be notified via email and featured on our website by March 22nd if you make the cut.

We ask that each performer/band play 2-3 songs does not have to be original but encouraged.

You are responsible for setting up your equipment.

Sound and lighting will be provided.

 

Do you have what it takes to take home the bragging rights?

You will need to impress 4 judges plus the public in attendance as they will be placing their votes for the overall “People’s Choice Award”

1 solo or duo winner

1 band winner

1 Overall People’s Choice Award.

The winners will receive:

Solo/duo: 1 ORIGINAL song recorded by the NWC Technology Program which will be played on one of our radio stations from June to March.

1 radio advertisement package worth $400.

Band: 1 ORIGINAL song recorded by the NWC Technology Program that will be played on one of our radio stations from June to March.

1 radio advertisement package worth $400.

A brief description of band/performer, style of music, where you are located, number of people in the band, solo or duo, etc.
