Suspect Sought for Several Auto Burglaries in Cody

The Cody Police Department is looking for a suspect who committed several auto burglaries and stole one vehicle in the early morning of Monday, June 26.
An unknown adult male broke into several vehicles throughout Cody. A vehicle parked in the 1900 block of 15th Street captured a photograph at approximately 1:00 AM. The stolen vehicle was abandoned later that morning.

Once again, local law enforcement hopes the community might have information that can lead to the identification and arrest of the perpetrator. Anyone who recognizes the male in the photo or has any information regarding this case or similar incidents should contact the Cody Police Department at (307) 527-8700 or send a message through Facebook Messenger.

A concerned citizen is offering a $500 reward for any information that could lead to identifying and arresting a suspect. They hope to retrieve several significant items – including firearms and high-end rifle optics – stolen in one of the burglaries. Anyone with information on this incident can call (307) 899-0489.
