Brad Cline from the Wyoming Veterans Commission spoke about many different things coming from the VA. Things like pension for war-time veterans, healthcare, survivor and dependent benefits, and changes in the Pact Act for soldiers who were deployed to the Persian Gulf and Vietnam. Brad also talked about how filing a claim can not only help the veteran, but also other vets and the state.
