James Klessens, CEO of Forward Cody, spoke about what challenges lie ahead as Cody and Park County gear up for another tourist season. He spoke about the housing problem that exists in Cody and how crunching the data isn’t enough, action needs to be taken if Cody wants to solve the labor shortage problem that is currently going on. He also spoke about the Forward Cody Annual Dinner that was held at the Holiday Inn.
