Flash Flood
Cody, Wyoming experienced a downpour that began around 1:30 pm that caused flash flooding in parts of downtown, with some areas as deep as 12 inches. The rain is expected to continue tonight, with showers expected the remainder of the week. More information will come as this is a developing story.
After so much heat and so little water, Bighorn Basin residents should brace for a new onslaught of weather this week – monsoons and flash floods.
