The Band Perry To Take A “Creative Break”

It’s a sad day for country music fans as the Band Perry announced via social media that they will be taking a “creative break.”
The two-time, Grammy Award-winning trio posted this, “We wanted to let you know that the three of us have decided to take a creative break as a group and each focus on our individual creative pursuits.”
The trio became successful early in their music careers. In 2012, they won the Grammy for “Best New Artist.” Three years later they took home their second Grammy for “Best Country Duo/Group Performance.”
While many fans might recognize them in country music, some of their songs crossed over into the pop charts such as “If I Die Young” and Better Dig Two.”
The band further mentioned that “During this season we will continue to support each other as artists and family in all we do. Thank you for making our childhood dreams come true! Love you all.”
It remains a mystery what the future holds for the three siblings. While many hope that they continue to pursue a career in music, many fans wouldn’t be surprised if the band decided to endure other activities. They urge their fans to continue to check the former band’s social media pages for updates!
