Traffic Signal Work Next Week

Drivers in Cody next week should be aware of a project that will impact traffic flows near Walmart.
Wyoming Department of Transportation resident engineer Todd Frost of Cody says that the traffic signal at the intersection of the highway and the Walmart parking lot needs to be upgraded, which means that new conduit for wiring must be installed. He says trenching and other work is scheduled to take place Tuesday through Thursday, and is dependent upon favorable weather.
During the work, traffic will move to one-half of the highway, with one lane flowing in each direction on U.S. 14/16/20. Frost says delays should be minimal.
