Warrior Football Season Ending Banquet

The Worland Warrior Football Team finished the season and celebrated their accomplishments at the team banquet Thursday.
The recap of the season for the Warriors that finished 4-5 overall and were the 4th seed in the Wyoming 3A playoffs.
The Warriors started the season against Powell on September 2nd.

The Warriors made the playoffs for the 6th season in a row dating back to 2017.
Worland was led in rushing by Senior Quarterback Kade Weber with 256 yards and 5 touchdowns, followed by Senior Runningback Rugar Mascaro with 176 yards, and Senior WR/RB/QB Brock Douzenis with 157 yards and 3 touchdowns with a long of 51 yards.
Passing for the Warriors, despite missing 2 games, was Kade Weber with 1333 yards with 121 completions on 188 attempts for a completion % of 64.4%. Weber threw 14 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions. His QB Efficiency rating was 144.6.
Senior Carter Clark started QB vs Lander and threw for 126 yards with a touchdown, and a few interceptions.
Four Wide Receivers totaled over 150 yards on the season.
Brock Douzenis had 36 catches for 542 yards and 6 touchdowns, Senior Court Gonsalez had 53 catches with 442 yards and 2 touchdowns, Senior Trae Bennett had 18 receptions for 209 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Senior Carter Clark, who missed 6 games and started QB for another finished the season with 17 catches for 178 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Weber had 1589 combined yards, Douzenis had 990 combined yards, Gonsalez had 805 yards, and Clark had 331 yards offensively.
Defensively the Warriors were led by Senior Linebacker Rugar Mascaro who had 133 Defensive points, 79 tackles, 42 of those solo, 3 tackles for loss, 1 fumble recovery, 1 pass block, and 1 blocked kick.
Sophomore Linebacker Roman Parra had 116 points, 80 tackles, 52 solo, 4 tackles for loss, and 2 pass blocks.
Senior Defensive Tackle Bryce Woffinden had 96 points, 59 tackles, 38 solo, 6 tackles for loss, and 2 fumble recoveries.
Douzenis had 93 points, 40.5 tackles, 17 solo, 4.5 tackles for loss, and 3 interceptions, 1 of those was returned for a touchdown, 1 pass block, and 1 blocked kick.
