Warrior Soccer Now 9-0 This Season

After arriving in Lyman Friday and having to quickly adjust to a time and location change.

The Worland Warriors Boys Soccer team would take to the pitch at the Lyman Middle School and play as soon as they could to avoid a forecasted storm in Southwest Wyoming.

The Warriors would get match ready for the Lyman Eagles at the tone of 11 goals.

Senior Cole Venable with 5 goals. Junior Court Gonsalez with 2 goals and 6 assists.

Carter Clark with 2, Omar Deniz and a corner kick header goal from Trae Bennett would be the Warriors scores.

The lone Lyman goal would be on a Penalty Kick.

Saturday in Mountain View would be cold and windy.

Mountain View plays home matches at their City Park.

Venable would again score five goals bringing his season total to 27.

Senior Kolter Wyman with 2 goals and Senior Evyn Ruelas with 3 goals.

Court Gonsalez with 3 goals and 3 assists bringing his season assists to 21 with 11 goals.

Jackson Wassum had a goal and assist. Jorey Anderson with 2 assists, Gavin Schneider with 2 assists.

Tyshon Swalstad, Ryan Deniz, and Omar Deniz each with an assist.

The Warriors would beat the Mountain View Buffalos 14-0.

Worland would outscore their opponents 25-1 this weekend.

Next up will be number 2 Wyoming 3A ranked Powell Panthers on Monday.
