Senior Carter Clark has signed with Dickinson State to play basketball for the Blue Hawks.
Carter is a 2-time State Champion Basketball player and a 2-time All-State/All-Conference Basketball player.
Dickinson State is an NAIA program that competes in the North Star Athletic Association.
