Worland Boys Swimming And Diving Team Ready For 3A East Conference

Worland High School Boy’s Swimming and Diving team is getting ready to Host the Wyoming 3A East (Absaraka Conference) Finals this Friday and Saturday.

Buffalo, Cody, Douglas, Newcastle, Powell, Riverton, and Worland will compete.

The Warriors have 8 swimmers and a Diver qualified for State: Gage Stanek, Wyatt Whitlock, Trae Bennett, James Williams, Canton Green, Walker Cooper, Ethan Warren, Jack Bishop, and Diver Melvin Croft.

The Preliminary Meet on Friday will be part of the WPC Whiteout Festivities planned for Friday.

Senior Diver Melvin Croft was able to get a Personal Record last weekend with a 203.5 dive, listen to our interview with him bu scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

With the weather giving troubles this past weekend Worland competed in a Dual with Cody here at the Aquatic Center this past Saturday.

Last Tuesday the team was in Powell for a TRi with Cody and Powell.
