The Worland City Council unanimously approved a request for exception.
The request was asked, in a letter, that a 1914 Model-T be allowed to stay positioned at Eighth Street and Grace Avenue.
The Model-T is positioned not to interfere with the driver’s on the street ability to safely and clearly see the roadway. The Model-T is considered as lawn art.
Along with the approval the City Council also approved a motion that future councils can revoke the exception if the lawn art is no longer aesthetically pleasing or becomes a problem.
The City Council can also set a time limit or if needed be removed to utilize the right-of-way.
