Worland Wrestling Finishes Fourth At Thoman-Jackman Duals

The Worland Warriors took 4th place at the Thoman-Jackman Duals in Green River this weekend.
Worland beat Cheyenne South 66-9 in Round 1 of Pool B.
Defeated Lyman 49-23 in Round 2.
Got a win over Uintah 2, 57-18 in Round 3.
Got a draw in Round 4.
Beat Salem Hills 46-23 in the 5th Round.
In the Gold Bracket on Day 2, Worland beat 5th ranked Wyoming 3A Pinedale with 6 wins vs 7 wins tiebreaker after a 34=34 tie.
Worland lost to Wyoming 3A number 1 ranked Green River 57-21 in Match 2.
Match 3 the Warriors lost to Wyoming 3A number 4 ranked Evanston 57-18.
Ross Goncalves won the Best of the Best at the 145 weight class.
Nathan Harper finished 2nd in the Best of the Best at the 220 weight class.
On the girl’s side, Rivers Carrell won the Best of the Best for Worland.
