Worland Wrestling With Wins Over 4A Schools

Worland wrestling took care of buisness in Cheyenne over the weekend. Anthony Martinez would pin every opponent he faced. He did the same last weekend.
Lane McBee, who is currently ranked number one in the 190 pound weight class wrestled once over the weekend. He got the pin against number four 4A Cheyenne East. All other matches for Lane were won by forfeit.
The 160 weight class is topped by Worland’s Luke Goncalves. Luke would also not lose in Cheyenne.
Worland beat Cheyenne Central 66 – 18 with pins by 9 Warrior wrestlers. Luke Goncalves, Jose Rose, Ralph Moreno, Christian Peterson, Anthony Martinez, Ross Goncalves, Kyle Anderson, Kien Anderson and Gullian Comstock.
Cheyenne East is ranked number four in Wyoming 4A wrestling. The Warriors beat the Thunderbirds 27-47 wins by fall included : Josh Rose, Lane McBee, Anthony Martinez, Koby Swain, Kyle Anderson, and Kein Anderson.
With 30 points given up by Laramie in forfeits The Warriors would beat the Plainsmen 54-18 for their third win of the weekend.
The 72-12 win over the Cheyenne South Bison was in large part to six open classes. Worland also had six wins by fall in the dual.
