Wyoming Highway Patrol Has Issued an AMBER Alert with Casper Police Department for Gracelyn Pratt

UPDATE: The Child Is Safe and Has Been Found 

The Wyoming Highway Patrol has issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the Casper Police Department for Gracelyn Pratt.

Pratt is a 14-year-old female, 5 foot 1, 109 pounds, with blue eyes, and blonde hair, she was wearing a black zip-up jacket with a white undershirt, black leggings, and brown knee-high boots.

Possibly with James Martin, a 36-year-old male, 5 foot 10 inches, between 260 and 300 pounds. Last seen driving a black Ford F1 50, 4-door pickup with Wyoming truck plates 1 county 3 6 9 2 9. Anyone with information should contact the Casper Police Department at 3 0 7 2 3 5 8 2 7 8 or call 9 1 1.
