Wyoming Rising Women’s March Tomorrow

The time has come, once again, for women to stand for what they believe
Wyoming Rising announces plans for their annual Women’s March tomorrow, January 18. This is the fourth annual Women’s March that Wyoming Rising has sponsored.
This year’s theme is “March for a Better America. “It addresses the problems and opportunities women have and continue to face across the country: civil rights, affordable health care, quality education, participation in public policy, and government accountability.
Women and allies can meet at the Cody City Park at 11 am. They will march through downtown Cody. Speakers will focus on the themes and issues addressed under marching for a better America. It should certainly be an inspiring and insightful event.
Speakers, music, and refreshments will provide inspiration after the march. In the event of inclement weather, the speakers and refreshments may be moved to the Christ Episcopal Church in Cody.
