Zach Buchel, FarmTableWest farmer

Farmer Zach Buchel from FarmTableWest off the Powell Highway came on SYP to talk about regenerative farming, how he got into farming, and what vegetables he is trying to grow in a greenhouse in winter in Wyoming.  He will be building a geo-thermal greenhouse to raise four crops a year.  Zach also spoke about food insecurity and how important it is to buy your produce from local farms.
