Blake Beardall Signs with Southern Virginia for Football

It’s official. Another Cody Bronc is off to play college football.
Over the weekend it was announced that Blake Beardall had officially put pen to paper and will be attending Southern Virginia University to continue his athletic and academic career.
While it became official over the weekend, Beardall verbally committed to join Southern Virginia back on March 26th.

It was back in late December when Beardall first received an offer to play at Southern Virginia and prior to to the start of the basketball season I was able to ask Blake about being recruited and more. That part of the interview begins at the 5:05 mark.
Blake ends his high school career as a two time state champion with the Broncs. He finished the 2021 season with 10 total tackles and was one of the Broncs key components in the defensive-back unit.
Southern Virginia University is a Division III school that competes in the USA South Athletic Conference.
