Blood Donors Needed Today

United Blood Services is holding a blood drive in Cody today.
Joshua Randall with the organization says that they are critically low on blood donors – 60 more are needed than have currently scheduled. Randall says that this shortage has been coming for the last two years, and is now becoming critical.
Anyone interested in donating can log onto www.bloodhero.com and schedule a time, but walk in donors are also appreciated. The drive will be held at the VFW hall in Cody today from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Additionally, a free donor appreciation barbecue will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
