Burlington, Rocky Mountain in Tuesday Night Hoops Battle

A couple of area High School Basketball teams were in action Tuesday evening as Burlington traveled to Cowley for a double header with Rocky Mountain.
Both Burlington and Rocky Mountain’s boys and girls teams entered the contests as top 5 teams, in their respective classes. Burlington is in Class 1A with Rocky Mountain in 2A.
In the first game of the double header the Rocky Mountain girls would hold on late for a 50-48 win.
In the nightcap, it was the Burlington boys coming out on top with a 52-42 victory.
Following all the action the Rocky Mountain girls are now 4-0 on the season while the boys are 3-1.
Both the Burlington boys and girls teams are 4-1.
