Cody: Cody Library & Pardner’s Cafe Host Coffee with a Cop

The Cody Police Department is hosting another Coffee with a Cop at the Cody Library to encourage community engagement in a casual setting – over coffee.
On Tuesday April 12th from 10:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M, the Cody Police Department will be at the Pardner’s Café located at the Park County Library in Cody.
This is a “fantastic occasion” for multiple local law enforcement officers and agencies to be available to the public in an informal and casual atmosphere. Residents can have discussions, ask questions, and get to know the officers serving their community.
The goal of Coffee with a Cop is to create familiarity and positive relationships within the community.
Coffee with a Cop has no agendas or speeches – it’s just a chance to “chat” in an informal setting.
The most recent Coffee with a Cop did have a specific purpose. Last month, Cody cops visited Absaroka Senior Living to discuss protection against fraudulent phone calls and other scams.
It is also an excellent opportunity to support the Pardner’s Café, which anyone can read about on the cafe’s Facebook page.
The coffee is provided by local sponsors who help support the Pardner’s Café.
