Cody Hits Top Ten for Road Trip Destinations

Cody has been listed as one of the best towns in the country for a summer road trip.
An Expedia blog titled, “10 Towns That Will Take Your Summer Vacation to the Next Level” lists Cody, Wyoming as one of the places visitors of all ages should plan to see.
Writer Chris Killen pointed out that in a survey of 1,000 Americans, Yellowstone National Park was mentioned often, and he chose Cody as the gateway to highlight in his article. He pointed out attractions such as the Nite Rodeo and nearby ghost towns, as well as the many outdoor recreational opportunities.
In his article, Killen listed the Buffalo Bill Center of the West as the must-do activity, and gave kudos to the Proud Cut Saloon for their medium rare steak.
Other towns that made the list included Bar Harbor, Maine; Sitka, Alaska; and Del Mar, California.
