Cody Track Teams Claim 4A West Regional Meet Titles

The Cody Track teams played host to the 4A West Regional Track and Field Meet over the weekend.
Cody would sweep the team titles with the Broncs earning 167.5 points. The Fillies came away with 179.5 team points, running past the competition.
Let’s take a look at the Cody Athletes to come away Regional Champs.
On the boys side:
Luke Talich won the 100 and 200 Meter Dashes, plus took 1st in the Long Jump.
Charlie Hulbert won the 800.
Logan Class won the Discus.
The Broncs 4×100, Sprint Medley and 4×800 Relay teams all took 1st.
On the girls side:
Ada Nelson won both the 800 and 1600.
Taylen Stinson took 1st in the 3200.
Laura Phillips won the Discus.
The Fillies Sprint Medley and 4×800 Relay Teams took 1st.

Up Next: Cody will be taking part in the Class 4A State Championship Track Meet, May 18th through the 20th in Casper, at Kelly Walsh High School.
