Cody’s Upset over Campbell County Highlights Wrestling Weekend

The Cody Wrestling team got their season underway this weekend. While it was a rocky start for the Bronc grapplers they showed a grit and toughness all weekend. After falling in each of their first four duals they capped off the home-stand Saturday with an impressive 42-41 win over Campbell County.
In the dual with Campbell County six Broncs would win by fall and they were:
Taylor Baggs, Brady Deming, Jackson Wood, Grayson Beaudrie, Colin Lindemann and Jonas Mickelson. Jace Grant would win via forfeit.
The Broncs concluded the weekend 1-4 and now we’ll take a look at each individual dual.
Cody’s Friday Scores:
Worland 54, Cody 19: Grayson Beaudrie earned a 10-4 decision, Jace grant a 7-0 victory and Ty Peterson won 11-0.
Sheridan 69, Cody 7: Jace Grant won via major decision 11-1 and Micah Grant won by decision 8-5.
Riverton 48, Cody 30: Brady Deming, Jackson Wood, Keaton Stone, Jonas Mickelson and Danny Becker all won by fall.

Thunder Basin 42, Cody 36: Six Broncs would win by fall and they were Baggs, Beaudrie, Becker, Deming, Peterson and Wood.
