CRH Billing Now Local

After being plagued by billing errors and difficulty with their third-party billing system, Cody Regional Health has moved their billing in-house.
Beginning next Monday, September 17, the agency’s billing department will no longer be affiliated with First Party Receivables Solutions, the third-party vendor that has been handling all the billing for Cody Regional Health.
Amy Sticka, supervisor for the billing department, says that it became important for the hospital to keep their billing local.
Cody Regional Health is currently in the process of designing a new patient payment portal and patient friendly statements, and both will be available in December of this year. Until then, the organization will be using a standard statement from their in-house billing system and the patient payment portal will remain the same.
Patients will now be able to deal with their billing inquiries locally by visiting with a customer service representative located at their West Park Hospital Campus. Anyone currently experiencing a billing issue related to paying their bills, or a general billing question, is asked to please call or stop by their office and speak with a customer representative.
