DJ Storytime with Kim Kelley

Earlier this month, Big Horn Basin Media & the Park County Library brought back a unique reading program called “DJ Storytime.” This week I have the honor of coming back for a reading session with the children & their families, at the library Wednesday morning.
If you’re unaware of what DJ Storytime is, each week a DJ from Big Horn Basin Media comes to the library during the summer & selects a variety of books to read aloud for 30-minutes. As a mom with 2 kids of my own, this was a fun experience to do once again. During the past few weeks, KZMQ’s Brayden McCoy, The Eagle’s Logan Phillips & news director Andrew Rossi have all participated in this weekend event at the Park County Library in Cody.
By combining the magic of radio and the joy of reading, this program has become a fun community event for many families in the area & I can’t wait to do it again next year!
