Former Cody Bronc, Hunter Hays, Shines in 2nd Career Start

It was another big day, on the gridiron, for former Cody Bronc Football player Hunter Hays, last weekend.
The Idaho State Bengals would come away with a 27-17 upset of UC Davis on Saturday.
Hays was a big reason why. Hays finished the day passing for 281 yards, on 16-30 attempts and had two touchdowns. Hays connected on a 71-yard bomb to Tanner Conner for the first score of the game. Hays also had 13 carries for 52 yards.
Hays continues to impress, as just a freshman, after filling in for injured starter Tyler VanderWal.
In five games played this season, Hays has thrown for 631 yards and four touchdowns, while completing 50 of 93 passes for an efficiency of 114.2.
