Frigid Temperatures Cover State

Frigid temperatures were seen all over the state yesterday.
Almost all of Wyoming dipped below zero Sunday night into Monday morning. The coldest spots overnight were at Yellowstone’s Northeast Entrance at -33, Clark at -25, and Greybull at -24 below.
-27 below zero temperatures were recorded northeast of Ten Sleep, the Cowley airport showed negative 22 degrees, and the Cody airport registered -18 degrees below zero. Elsewhere in the state, Casper was at -8, and Gillette at -1. Evanston had the warmest overnight low temperature of 1 above.
The National Weather Service predicts gradually warming temperatures through Friday, although snow showers are expected this evening through the end of the week.
