Golf Tourney Raises Funds for Fireworks

Although this year’s 4th of July fireworks display in Cody was by all accounts very impressive, organizers have high hopes that next year will be even more spectacular.
That’s why several organizations in Cody are coming up with ideas for fundraisers that will support the 2019 fireworks, which will cap off the 100th anniversary celebration of the Cody Stampede Rodeo.
On August 25th, the Big Horn Radio Network is hosting a golf tournament to fund the display. General Manager Mark Crump says that by supporting the fireworks display, the organization is supporting the community, and the two are inter-dependent.
The tournament will be a four Man Scramble on Saturday, August 25th. Registration is $440 for a team of four, limited to 24 teams. To register your team, contact Olive Glenn Golf & Country Club or the Big Horn Radio Network.
