Innovention 2018 Invites Entrepreneurs

An event this weekend invites those with innovative ideas to gather and learn together how to market and promote their businesses.
The first ever Park County Entrepreneur Summit will take place this Friday and Saturday in Cody and Powell. Amy Quick with the Wyoming Business Council says that the event, titled Innovention 2018, is an effort to support entrepreneurs in our area.
Cody Mayor Matt Hall says that the statewide ENDOW initiative inspired him and others to create a local group that would support entrepreneurs. He says the Innovention Summit was a natural fit for their vision.
The opening event Friday will be held at Olive Glenn Golf Course at 6 p.m. and will feature Bria Hammock from Go Slo Wyo as the keynote speaker. The summit will move to Powell on Saturday, and will feature keynote speaker Dana Lytle of Planet Propaganda, as well as panel discussions on the topics of accessing capital, marketing, and how to achieve success.
