Lady Warriors Compete At Early Bird In Gillette

The first tournament of the 2022-2023 Worland High School Lady Warriors Basketball season was this past weekend in Gillette, Wyoming.
Eight teams from 3 states were at the tournament held at both Thunder Basin High School and Campbell County High School.
Four of the teams were Wyoming 4A Schools: Cody, Rock Springs, Thunder Basin, and Campbell County.
Two of the teams were Wyoming 3A Schools: Buffalo, and Worland.
Two teams were from out of state: Scottsbluff, NE., and St.Thomas More from Rapid City, SD.
The Lady Warriors would face the two out-of-state teams and Wyoming 4A Rock Springs.
The first game was against St. Thomas More.
The Cavaliers beat the Lady Warriors 43-20 at Thunder Basin High School.
Day 2 would be at Campbell County High School.
Scottsbluff Lady Bearcats would win over Worland 48-32.
Day 3 was also at Campbell County High School.
The Rock Springs Lady Tigers won 46-18.
