Local Farmer Files Complaint Against Garland L&P
Written by Andrew-Rossi on May 30, 2017
A public hearing is set for next week in front of the Wyoming Public Service Commission regarding a formal complaint against Garland Light and Power by a local farmer.
The Commission sent out a press release this week regarding the June 7th hearing on a complaint filed by Rod Morrison with Common Ground Farms, located west of Ralston. The complaint alleges that unnecessary installation requirements and costs of a visual cut-out were being levied against him by Garland Light and Power, despite his statement that his business is following approved net metering regulations and complying with state law.
The public hearing will be held at 9 a.m. in Cheyenne – all interested persons are encouraged to attend.
