Nathan Wilson’s School Record Highlights Cody Track in Gillette

Cody Indoor Track teams were in Gillette over the weekend taking part in the Basin Nation Invite in Gillette.

Taking a look at some of the top performances put in by the Broncs and Fillies.

We’ll list by event, starting with the Fillies:

Ada Nelson was 5^th in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:03.

Taylen Stinson was 1^st in the 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:27 while Keira Jackson was 5^th.

Mekenzie Clark was 8^th in the 1600 Meter Run with a time of 5:49.

Ava Stafford was 3^rd in the 3200 Meter Run with a time of 12:22.

Both the 4×400 and 4×800 relay teams would take 1^st with the Sprint Medley Relay team 4^th.

And Hailey Holeman was 9^th in the Pole Vault.

As for the Broncs, again going by event order:

Nathan Wilson was 7^th in the 55 Meter Dash with a time of 6.83 and finished 2^nd in the 200 with a time of 23.39. That’s a new school record. Stay tuned later this week to hear from Nathan on the new record.

The 4×200 Meter Relay team took 1^st while the Sprint Medley Relay team was 4^th.

Dillon Brost was 4^th in the Pole Vault at 12-6.
