School Year Starts Aug. 25 in Cody

The 2021-22 school year will begin in Cody on Wednesday, Aug. 25, with 2,064 students enrolled in Park County School District No. 6.
Tim Foley, interim superintendent, and Sam Hummel, transportation director, were guests earlier this week on KODI’s “Speak Your Piece with Darian Dudrick.”
The discussion included buses, school zone safety, and how the district will be handling the COVID-19 pandemic to start the school year. One change is face masks will not be mandatory when riding a school bus.
