Brandi Gann, Director of CASA of the 5th Judicial District, spoke about how CASA is an advocate for children who are in the foster care system and speaks up for them. The goal is for the kids to thrive. She also talked about CASA’s Board and how they help navigate and guide CASA to better serve kids in foster care.
