SYP: Kayla Gahagan, Author of ‘Radical Joy’

Powell native Kayla Gahagan has written a new book entitled, “Radical Joy” in which she writes about her daughter’s near-drowning made her re-evaluate her life, view of motherhood and relationship with her husband and God.  She spoke about growing up in Powell, the reason she became a writer, her journalism career and why it took 14 months to write her debut book. She is currently working on her second publication.
