Petrina Peart, a celebrity chef based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, spoke about her experience on the Food Network cooking competition show, “Beat Bobby Flay.” She represented Wyoming very well with an impromptu coconut shrimp with mushrooms and bucatini in a coconut cream sauce. Petrina also talked about her service in the Air Force and how she fell in love with Cheyenne while being stationed at F.E. Warren Airforce Base.
