Ted Harvey, who sells farms and ranches in Wyoming and Montana for Mason and Morse Company, spoke about the Realtors Land Institute which is an organization whose members share a heightened understanding of the land real estate industry. The RLI specializes in brokerage related to all types of land including farms, ranches, recreational land, timberland, subdivision and lot wholesaling. Ted also spoke about ranch tours that the Wyoming Stock Growers Association Convention give. The next ranch tour is in June in Riverton to bring like-minded brokers and agents together and meet with the landowner.
