Is it time for a RESOLUTION RE-BOOT???
We are well into February. It's been snowing. It's tough to get out to go to the gym or the Rec Center; it's easier to stay inside and watch TV. Right?
WRONG! It's time to RENEW YOUR RESOLVE! Remember WHY you decided to make healthy changes in the first place! Place reminders around your workspace, your house, even on your car's rear-view mirror – anywhere that you can send yourself messages to MAKE GOOD CHOICES!
How did you feel at the beginning of this year? Were you ready to start new? Ready to create healthy habits that would mean a longer, healthier, better quality life?
If you've “lost that losin' feeling” … What changed? Where did your intentions go?
I urge you to re-examine your health. Take the time to look at where you are now and where you want to be, and realize that the only one who can get you there is YOU! What actions can you take TODAY that will move you towards that healthier lifestyle?
