Friday the Worland Warriors beat Lovell 59-14. Worland opened the first period 26-3.

Lovell scored 3 points in the first period, 5 in the second, 0 in the third, and 6 in the final period.

Worland had a season high 24 steals, 12 more then the first match-up with Lovell. A game the Warriors won 54-32.

Carter Clark and Brock Douzenis each had 5 steals.

The Warriors also had 5 blocks. 2 by Landen Gilmore and 3 by Kolter Wyman.

Court Gonsalez and Carter Clark led the team in scoring, each had 16 points.

Saturday the Warriors were in Powell to face the Panthers for the third time this season.

Leading the scoring for the Warriors was again Carter Clark with 18 points, he also added 5 steals.

Douzenis had 10 points. Landen Gilmore added 2 more blocks and has 22 blocks this season.

Worland would get the 52-45 win over Powell. The Warriors are now 17-1 overall and 5-0 in Conference with 3 games remaining in the regular season.

The Warriors face the number 4 ranked Buffalo Bison tonight in the Playing for Hope “Pink Game” tonight at 7pm at Warrior Gym.
