Worland Cross Country Prepares For State In Ethete

After winning the Wyoming 3A East Boys Cross Country Championship the Warriors head to State in Ethete.
With 5 All-Conference runners and 6 of the top 11 finishers at the 3A East championships in Torrington the Warriors look to add to their accolades.
Runners Jack Bishop, Trajn Swalstad, Will Bishop, Scottie Thomas, Melvin Croft, Harley Redding, and Kiyoshi Smith will represent Worland Boys at State.
The Lady Warrior runners had 3 girls make All-Conference and take a strong team to State.
Zena Tapia, Nyssa Leyva, Isaira Matamoros, Keira Woffinden, Sarai Matamoros, and Carly Venable represent the Lady Warriors at State.
The teams competing include from the East: Buffalo/Pine Bluffs, Douglas, Newcastle, Rawlins, Torrington, Wheatland, and Worland.
From the West: Cody, Evanston, Green River, Lander, Lyman, Mountain View, Powell, and Riverton.
