An active investigation is underway, conducted by the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation. The 15-year-old suspect is being held in Montana. Formal charges will be filed soon.
Despite the gravity of this development, offices are adamant that there is no further danger related to this case for Dayton and Sheridan County residents.
